REFUNDS
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected to ensure it is of sellable quality.
If there is a smell of smoke or it is not of sellable quality then refunds will not be offered and the product will be returned to the customer.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
Option 1: Via DPD Delivery
Joe Ward Menswear is happy to exchange any item for another size, provided the product being returned is of sellable quality, with no damage, smell of smoke, perfume/aftershave/deodorant or makeup. Please email info@joewardmenswear.ie with what you would like to exchange your purchase for and the item will be held until the original purchase is received in store.
Option 2: Items can be exchanged in store in person.
