Returns & Refunds Policy


Joe Ward Menswear does not offer free returns but we are happy for you to return items purchased within 14 calendar days of receiving it. During this time you can return the item for any reason.

There will be no return charge if the product is not of merchantable quality. Any returns received outside this time frame will be at the discretion of Joe Ward Menswear.

All items are checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and damage/fault free.

There are no returns of underwear, socks, hats or caps for hygiene purposes.
Extra care must be taken to make sure the tags stay intact and on the item when trying on clothing.

Please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, aftershave / perfume or deodorant that will leave marks or smells.

Please note that we will refund the customer the same payment method as original payment through our online system.
Refunds will not be offered in—store.


Refunds will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected to ensure it is of sellable quality.

If there is a smell of smoke or it is not of sellable quality then refunds will not be offered and the product will be returned to the customer.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.

Joe Ward Menswear is happy to exchange any item for another size, provided the product being returned is of sellable quality, with no damage, smell of smoke, perfume/aftershave/deodorant or makeup. Please email with what you would like to exchange your purchase for and the item will be held until the original purchase is received in store.

Option 2: Items can be exchanged in store in person.
